5. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

- Cooperate during verification and documentation processes
- Not misuse information or materials provided by Seekrs
- Not represent Seekrs without written permission
6. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

7. PROVIDING THE SERVICES

10. STARTUP FUNDING DISCLAIMER
Seekrs may connect clients to funding networks and provide mentorship and training. We do not guarantee funding approval or investment outcomes.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, frameworks, documents, and content provided by Seekrs remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
12. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
You may end your engagement with Seekrs at any time before services are fully delivered by notifying us in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to work already completed and third-party costs incurred.
13. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
We may end the engagement if:
- You provide false information
- You fail to cooperate
- You engage in unlawful or unethical conduct
14. FEES AND PAYMENTS

- Payments must be made as agreed before services commence

- Visa or citizenship denials
- Business losses arising from client decisions
