 Able to demonstrate its projects drives impact investing, SDG’s goals, enterprise investing and compliant with ESG.

Be trading or looking to start trading but with its product or service to at MVP stage may be with tractions and or customers base if applicable.

Be qualified for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and eligible for advance assurance by HMRC (even though this does not need to have been obtained before).

Must have an Exit strategy for angel investors.

Investor readiness with a business plan, financial projections, well-formed team, demonstrate demand for the product or services, a clear viable advantage and IP that is protectible, though we can accept at idea stage subject to project.

 Must have good team who are committed, to enable find from our specialist partners and members who can improve and support the company’s growth.
